Chat Room Rules & Community Guidelines

1. Illegal and Prohibited Content

Do not upload, link, share, describe, or reference any illegal or objectionable content of any kind. This includes but is not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content — still images, video, audio, live streams, rendered animation, or fictional depictions — involving minors in a sexual context is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement immediately. No exceptions.
• Minors in any sexual context: Do not depict, reference, or roleplay sexual scenarios involving any person under the age of 18, whether real or fictitious.
• Graphic or violent content: Do not share content depicting bestiality, incest, rape, non-consensual acts, gore, or extreme violence.
• Hateful content: Do not share content that promotes racism, violence, or discrimination against any ethnic, national, religious, or gender group, or persons of any sexual orientation.
• Requesting prohibited content: Requesting any of the above from other users will be treated the same as posting it yourself.

"Content" includes all forms of media and text — usernames, chat messages, uploaded images, shared links, and any other material posted through our services.

2. Age Requirements

General chat rooms on JustaChat.com require users to be at least 13 years of age. Adult-designated rooms — including Adults Chat, Bisexuals, Singles, and Dating — require users to be at least 18 years of age. No exceptions will be made regardless of local age of majority laws in your country, state, or municipality. Users found to be underage will be permanently banned and prevented from accessing our services to the best of our ability.

3. No AI-Generated Content or Bots

JustaChat.com is a human-first platform. The use of AI chatbots, automated scripts, or any non-human tools to simulate user activity, generate chat messages, or interact with other users is strictly prohibited. Our platform uses active detection methods to identify and permanently ban bots and automated accounts. Users found deploying such tools may also be subject to legal action.

4. No Harassment

If another user does not wish to interact with you, respect that and move on. Circumventing a user's block or privacy settings to re-initiate unwanted contact constitutes harassment and will result in an immediate ban. Moderators are also protected from harassment — if you disagree with a moderation decision, contact us through official channels rather than confronting moderators publicly or privately.

5. No Impersonation

Do not impersonate any other person — including other chat users, moderators, staff, or public figures. Impersonation may be treated as harassment, defamation, or social engineering depending on context, and may result in civil or criminal liability for the offending user.

6. No Advertising or Self-Promotion

Do not use JustaChat.com to advertise, promote, or solicit for any outside service, platform, product, or yourself. This includes:

• Promoting or linking to OnlyFans, Fansly, Patreon, or similar content subscription platforms
• Soliciting users to follow you on Snapchat, Telegram, Instagram, or any other outside platform
• Advertising goods, services, or adult content for sale or trade
• Posting referral links, affiliate links, or promotional codes of any kind
• Spreading word-of-mouth advertising for any outside service

Repeated promotional posting will be treated as spam and result in a permanent ban.

7. No Exchange of Goods or Services

Do not solicit or arrange payment — in any form including cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any other exchange medium — for goods, services, or activities through our platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Sale or purchase of images, videos, audio recordings, or live webcam sessions
• Sale or purchase of contact information with promise of adult activity off-platform
• Solicitation or arrangement of prostitution, escort services, or in-person hookups for payment
• Sale, purchase, or trade of any other goods or services not listed above

8. No Sharing Contact Information

Do not post contact information of any kind in chat rooms or public areas, including phone numbers, email addresses, personal websites, or handles for outside messaging services or social media platforms. This applies to your own contact information as well as that of others.

Sharing another person's contact information without their verifiable consent will be treated as an attempt to harass, defame, or incite harm against that person and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

9. No Personally Identifiable Information

Do not share any person's full legal name, home address, workplace, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information — whether your own or another person's. Any sharing of another person's personal details will be treated as an attempt to harass, defame, or endanger that person.

10. No Sharing Content You Do Not Own

Do not post, link to, or share any content that is under copyright by another person or entity. This includes artwork, video, audio recordings, written works, and any media depicting other real persons — especially content shared with an expectation of privacy or posted without the subject's consent (revenge pornography). Private conversations with other users may not be shared publicly. Evidence of rule violations may be shared privately with moderators only.

11. No Spam or Flooding

Do not spam or flood the chat rooms. The following are considered spam and will result in removal or a ban:

• Repeated copy-and-paste messages of any kind
• Unprompted posts containing only basic personal details fishing for private messages
• Repetitive "any girls/guys?" posts that clutter the chat
• Posts containing contact information or outside links
• Automated or bot-assisted posting of any kind

12. No Ban Evasion

If you have been banned from JustaChat.com, you may not attempt to re-access our services by any means, including the use of VPNs, proxies, Tor, alternate IP addresses, or new accounts. Ban evasion constitutes unauthorized access and may be treated as trespassing under applicable law. Users evading bans will be permanently blocked across all detected access methods.

13. No Attacks on the Service

Any attempt to hack, intercept, flood, disrupt, or otherwise attack JustaChat.com, its servers, or any user connected to the service will not be tolerated. This includes denial-of-service attacks, exploitation of vulnerabilities, use of unauthorized automation tools, and any other attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the service. Offenders may be prosecuted under applicable federal and international cybercrime laws and may be liable for civil damages.

14. English Only

All chat must be conducted in English. Because our moderation team cannot guarantee the ability to review content in other languages for rule violations, non-English posts may be removed at moderator discretion. Users who repeatedly post in other languages may be removed from the chat.

15. These Rules Are Binding, Final, and Subject to Change

By using JustaChat.com you agree to be bound by all of the above rules. All moderation decisions are final. Rules may be updated at any time for any reason — this page will always reflect the current version, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement with any updates. Ignorance of rule changes is not an acceptable defense.
