So much we've been through
So little we've shared
Why are things the way they are?
Why did you go drive your car
Off that ledge that night?
Was nothing alright?
Did we get in another fight?
I've never seen the sun so bright
In your eyes, such rythm divine.
Not seeing you is such a crime to my mind
I think its about time that you and I
Sit down and not vedge
To prevent your car going off that ledge
I need to find that edge
To bring you back to the light
Not that white light
But the light of day
There has to be a way
For you to stay alive
Why, why must you die?
