Yet i get in trouble for staying at my friends house longer than i am supposed too...

When I was younger I got in trouble because I had 5 posters on my wall (back then I was only allowed 4. STINGY!!) Yet my sister had no wallpaper showing she had that many (she was only a year older)

It's really weird how they handle things with you and your brother.
Is it because he is male and you are female? That may sound strange but I have a friend and she was not allowed to do anything at home, she was also beaten up by her father. And her brother was allowed to do whatever he wanted, his father loved him. I don't know your parents but whatever.
You should talk to them, really.
