Chat Wont Load

For some reason I can't get into the chat. It doesn't matter what user name I use, it never works. I get an error that says "Connection reset by peer (tcp/ip connection broken)". Every computer that connects from my home internet does that. It just started a few days ago. No one can get into the chat at my house. Any Idea why?

Hi Torment,

It sounds as if you're IP address has been klined. Not sure if you're aware what klined means, but it basically means server banned from that particular IP. You are able to appeal this ban. You can do that here: http://www.stelivo.com/generalbanappeal/

Thank you for the link. I filled out the appeal and am looking forward to hearing from them. And did you mean k-lined? That would be my entire ISP, every IP they can provide me with. That seems very harsh...
