Well unless he is following you home constantly in a threatening way and lingering outside your house, I wouldn't class him as a stalker.

But if he is annoying you and won't leave you alone, just try and walk with other people and avoid being alone with him (if you can) he will soon get the message, or you can just save all the messing around and just tell him that you are not interested in having a boyfriend.

If all else fails, tell him straight that even though you like him and don't want to hurt his feelings you don't like him in a boyfriend kind of way.

Hey I have the same exact problem accept I can't tell the boy how I feel because he has been home schooled for 9 years due to low self-esteam... *sigh* some people just get lucky...
